Chi likes balance. Most classrooms have too much yang influence (noise, light, hard surfaces.) You need to balance this yang with some yin (soft music, low lights, and soft surfaces.)

Are you handy? Then consider creating some soft sculptures for your classroom. Or add some pillows to the reading corner. Drape fabric around the hard corners of your desk to soften the edges. This adds yin to the very yang classroom.
